Our Story
Gary Nance offers more than thirty years of residential and commercial experience. He brings a fresh mix of classic style, emphasizing functional design plans and architectural details. Working closely with clients and contractors he incorporates the integrity through the design as well as the construction process of each project.
Houzz chose Gary along with 10 other design professionals from North America and Canada to fly out to Palo Alto, California to their headquarters to be interviewed for their website on how Houzz has helped market his business. Gary was also selected by Midwest Living Magazine to design their 20th anniversary Idea Home.
He has been featured on the cover of several Better Homes and Gardens publications and local magazines such as House Trends, Indianapolis Monthly and the Indianapolis Business Journal. In addition, his previous residence which he designed was on the cover of Better Homes and Gardens Planning Issue and their Home Building Idea cover.
Gary was also published in Traditional Home Magazine featuring a cottage he designed on Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana. His most recent project was designing the 2015 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home.
The Gary Nance Collection premiered at High Point Market in Spring of 2016. Custom Light Fixtures, Hardware & Stair Spindles.
