The Kenny C. Guinn Memorial Scholarship is now open! This $5,000 scholarship may be awarded to four students each year majoring in elementary or secondary education with the intent of teaching in Nevada!

The Nevada State Treasurer’s Art Contest has launched. The contest will run through Friday, October 15th, and Nevada students in grades Pre-K through 12th grades may submit entries for a chance to win up to a $1,000 College Savings Account.

Panel discussion highlights successful Nevada Millennium Scholars So far 217,000 Nevada high school graduates have gotten scholarships of up to $10,000 to apply towards in-state tuition costs.

Congratulations to the Class of 2021! For those students graduating high school, here are the requirements to qualify for the Governor Guinn Millennium Scholarship.

Students who meet the qualifications can expect to receive an award letter in the mail sometime between July and August. There is NO application process for students graduating from a traditional high school (public, private or charter) to receive the scholarship.
