Good afternoon ladies,
1. On Saturday, August 10th, we will conduct an Inductive Bible Study workshop on How to Overview a Book of the Bible. (This is the one I just did in San Antonio.)
It will be in the Connect Room from 0830 - 1630 (although I usually finish a bit early). The cost is $25 to cover the book, the materials, and lunch. Sign up will be in the front lobby this coming Sunday (July 28) and Sunday (August 4). There are limited spots. This is perfect for those of you who cannot attend the Thursday morning study. This is also useful for them as we will cover sooooo much (overview, chapter study, and word studies). This is information that you will use no matter what Bible study you are in, or just for personal devotions. Hope you can come!
2. On August 11th we will have sign-ups in the lobby for the upcoming Fall Discipleship studies. We will be studying an unexpected but incredibly useful topic - Prophets of the Old Testament. This will not be dry at all; in fact, you will be surprised how useful this will be in your prayer life and in your personal walk with the Lord. We will look at the messages these men were give by the Lord, of course. And these messages are just as needful today. But we will also look at the relationship between each prophet and his relationship with the Lord. Which prophet shows us how to follow God when no one around us is doing so? Which prophet shows us how to trust God when life looks hopeless? From which prophet do we learn about following God even when we don't want to? Which prophet will you relate to the most? The cost of the book will be $15.

My name is Maylon and I’ve been in the Esthetics industry for over 5 years now. I’m currently working as a medical aesthetician at the Mayo Clinic Cosmetic Center in Jacksonville, FL. I specialize in facials, skincare consultations, advanced treatments like RF microneedling and chemical peels, and I was recently certified as a microblading artist.
I love getting to help patients from all over the country and world achieve their skin goals as well as give them their confidence back!
