I have always loved the kitchen even when I didnt know how to cook. I come from a family of great home cooks in the Bahamas and the U.S. . Everyone has and had one dish they perfected.

My Dad, Dave Blake and my grandmother, Ruth Blake were known for their sauces. Both of them had their own bbq sauce and my dad has his pepper sauce (Uncle Dave's Pepper Sauce).

Now I have my own sauce You Jerk Marinade to add to the list. I wanted a sauce that you can taste all of the flavors in the sauce with a sweet kick at the end.

I think I have accomplished just that and I hope you enjoy it just as much as I do.
