Loads that were moved in one day. Missing a few since 9 pics is the most for the collage. If you don’t think the box truck game is real, think again.

Breakdowns are guaranteed in Trucking. My driver experienced a tire blowout and pipe burst in same day. Luckily I was able to change my own pipe for $12! Be prepared for breakdowns and have a savings account just for maintenance.

When I say I’ve never met anybody as young and hungry as I mean it. We crossed paths 2 weeks ago on this platform and she reached out needing a dispatcher. She signed on to the team and I’ve enjoyed every min working along side Jass. She has the motivation and drive that’s contagious and toxic when in her presence. Yesterday we finally met in person while I was assisting her looking at her second truck in TWO WEEKS 😳 CASH! 🤑 Empire in the making and we just getting started. Be around people that pushes you to reach your full potential. I hope I’m serving as motivation for at least one person to take that . 💪🏾

I’ve been studying this box truck game since last September, joining box truck university and taking notes from and I’ve been watching people on YouTube averaging $1.40-$1.75 a mile and that’s fine, if your bottom line allows you to. (KNOW YOUR BOTTOMLINE) Know your worth in this game and build relationships. My first month I accepted loads $1.20-$1.60 a mile OTR but I knew my worth and had to figure out a better method. Long story short I built a relationship with a broker that doesn’t just look for box truck loads but looks for loads that asks for a 53’ dry van with better rates and has trained me how to do the same. He received a promotion last month and We been rocking for 4 months and my authority has been active 5 months. I’m looking to run 3 trucks OTR and dispatching only a few select people just starting out in the game. I’m a witness that averaging over $2.00 a mile is real. Stay focus, stay motivated, and never stop learning new ways and new lanes. ✊🏽.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in the truck but duty called for an unexpected 3am ride to PU a load paying over $2.00 a mile. My co driver was ready before me lol. Next stop AAU tournament @ 5pm🏀

Light loads in the box truck game is key when controlling fuel expenses and maximizing rate per mile.

Being early (not on time) is one of the principles we strive to achieve everyday we pickup or drop off a load. Being a small/new company one mistake can set you back in this industry. There are ups and downs in this trucking game but being prepared and planning for breakdowns is 🔑 to your success. Breakdowns are GUARANTEED in trucking. My truck is in the shop due to issues with the turbo. Luckily my truck is still under warranty, which I believe, is step one when buying a truck. Step 2, I setup multiple commercial accounts with rental truck companies months ago and negotiated a competitive rate. I recommend multiple companies with the demand of trucks increasing. My primary rental source, Enterprise didn’t have any trucks available, Ryder (2nd option) was taking toooo long to contact me back, my 3rd option Budget had a truck waiting for me. Moral of the story, always have a backup plan when your truck breakdown to keep your drivers happy and rolling making 💰 Love my team! 2 rentals OTR this week.

I quit my career job in the poultry industry on March 5th, 2021. I was a little nervous leaving that foundation of 6 years that I was comfortable standing on but my faith was stronger than my doubts.
