For all the V Stromboli lovers out there, come in for a visit, and taste your favorite item recreated in pizza form! Trust us, we didn’t change the alchemy of the ingredients or substitute a thing…it’s all there and second to none!

The “V Pizza” (our V Stromboli as a Pizza) begins on a canvas of our house-made dough, piled with our shredded Mozzarella, San Marzano Tomato sauce, rustic cut Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and thinly sliced peppadew peppers (fantastic sweet/tangy tasting peppers) throughout…

Then we finish it The V Way: Pecorino Romano, oregano, EVOO and when it comes out of the oven, we top it with fresh basil.

All of this said, if you are not a fan of authentic pizza Napoletana, then consider ordering it in its Stromboli version for a firmer crust and tons of cheese... it’s just as AMAZING and available on our regular menu.

Our search for the best of the best led us to Stefano Ferrera in Naples, Italy, where he and his family have been making clay ovens for hundreds of years. We believe in their product so much in fact that it’s the ONLY thing we use to cook everything you eat…at every single V Pizza you eat at.

You heard us right.
There are no microwaves and no fryers.
We don’t even have a stove.
So sometimes that means your food won’t come out to your table at the same time.

Our food is meant to be enjoyed when it’s HOT and most importantly, it’s meant to be SHARED.

We recommend that when food starts coming out to the table, you start sharing. Every menu item we make can and should be enjoyed with the people you love. In fact, it even makes it taste better. ; )

Without further ado, let’s reintroduce one of the BEST specials we make: The Happy Tomato!

As always, we start with our house made dough made from imported, 00 Italian flour. Then we pile on our house blend of shredded Mozzarella, our house made “Happy Tomato Cream sauce”, Italian sausage, cherry tomatoes, finished the V Pizza way (EVOO, oregano, & pecorino romano cheese) before it goes in the oven.

When it comes out we garnish the top with fresh basil and VERY thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma — quite literally the best prosciutto in the world. The heat from the pizza nearly “melts” the prosciutto creating an extremely rich and succulent taste!!

What’s the difference between the Margherita Classico and the Margherita V Signature?!

The difference is really quite simple but makes a huge difference!
1. The Margherita Classico - it’s the OG way to make a Margherita — just how you would get it on the streets of Naples, Italy. It’s made using our house made dough from 00 flour, crushed San Marzano tomatoes, whole leaf basil, and Bufala Mozzarella. Think of it as the “more sauce less cheese” version. To be honest, it’s not for everyone and it’s not even the style of choice for most of our guests…but, I promise you — it’ll transport you to Italy, eating AUTHENTIC pizza Napoletana.
2. The Margherita V Signature - it’s the like Classico, but different. We chop up those basil leaves, reduce the amount of sauce a smidgen, and add a layer of shredded mozzarella so you get cheese in every bite. This is by far the most popular

What does the word “harmony” mean to you?

For us, it means imported wood-fire ovens working perfectly with our hand-rolled 00 dough, San Marzano tomato sauce, and a host of the best Italian toppings you will ever put in your mouth!
In fact, we go even further than that... the dirt and clay found on Mount Vesuvius, where our amazing San Marzano tomatoes grow, is the same dirt and clay used to make our ovens. Handmade from the finest clay bricks strong enough to reach 900 degrees, our imported ovens finish your pizza in about 90 seconds! The high temperature causes the dough to become crispy—in fact, some Italians demand it to be “burnt”—and sears the ingredients used to top the pizza. The finished product is a perfectly crispy, tender, and fragrant pizza.

Introducing the pizza of the week, "The BELLA ARMONIA," a love letter to Naples, Italy, and a testament to our obsession with top-shelf ingredients and authentic flavors.

Now, without further ado... for this week’s special we're gracing your mouths with the delicious combination of flavors you’ll have all month! It’s something we’ve never done before and it’s personally, one of my favorite specials!

It’s the PANCETTA GRATINATA!
It’s our take on the humble Neapolitan classic, the Potato Pizza — BUT with a V Pizza twist, of course! Think of it as a Pancetta and Au Gratin pizza!

As always, we start with imported Italian 00 flour dough, then we slather it with our famous and oh-so-cheesy MAC-SAUCE! Then we layer on the shredded Mozzarella, thinly sliced and perfectly crispy potatoes, Italian Pancetta, our house-blended Cheddar/Gouda mix, Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh garlic, and we finish it off with rosemary, oregano, Pecorino Romano, and EVOO. Once it comes out of the oven, we garnish it with a sprinkle of fresh chives!

One bite and you’ll be screaming, “Did we just become best spuds?!”

NOTHING is more polarizing than this communities’ LOVE (or HATE) for V PIZZA.

Majority of people are one-sided…especially when it comes to Neapolitan style pizza. You either HATE it or you ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! There is no in between. No gray area. No “agree to disagree”.

Every single day, we hear things like: “over priced”, “over rated”, “soggy”, “burnt”, “absolutely awful!”

AND…we also hear the flip side. “the best pizza I’ve had in a VERY long time!”, “It made me feel like I was back in Italy.”, “I would give my first born for V Pizza.”

The TRUTH IS, we're not for everyone and that is by no means something we hide from.

WE KEEP IT REAL...NEAPOLITAN.
We make delicious artisan meals from exceptional Italian sources. Everything is cooked in brick ovens that were made in Italy. With ingredients that are used every day in Naples. We strive to keep everything as authentic as possible and we believe your food will reflect that.

If you have never been to Italy then our pizza will taste very different from any you have ever eaten.

We only use our wood-fired, brick ovens at V Pizza to cook everything you eat. You heard us right. There are no microwaves and no fryers. We don't even have a stove or a heat lamp.
We make authentic pizza Napoletana. It has crispy edges and a softer center, so eating it with your hands can get messy. Try eating it with a knife and fork instead of in slices, the way they do in Naples. If that's not for you, we highly recommend our V Stromboli and wood-fired wings.

We’re bring you not one, but TWO SPECIALS THIS WEEK: the Memphis BBQ pizza & the Memphis BBQ wings!

MEMPHIS BBQ week at V Pizza gets us all squealing with joy.
We promise, we’ll have you licking your lips AND your finger tips!
I simply hear the word BBQ and my mouth starts to water…so believe me when I tell you, this weeks’ special is THE SAUCE!

Lillie’s Smoky BBQ sauce to be exact! It’s sweet with a dash of smoke and it’ll have you wanting to soak up every drop of this sauce.

We marinate each pork butt for up to 24 hours and slow cook it in our lower temperature, AMORE, ovens for hours. This pork is everything you want: tender, saucy, and irresistible.

🍕 The Memphis BBQ Pizza - starts with our homemade, hand stretched dough. We add a layer of shredded mozzarella and pile on our marinated, tender pork shoulder tossed in the award-winning Lillie's Q Memphis style “SMOKY” BBQ sauce. Finally, we add fresh red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, another drizzle of the BBQ sauce, fresh basil, and finish it the V Way (Pecorino Romano cheese, oregano, and EVOO).

Don’t get mad, get ANGRY!!

The Angry Meatball Pizza is back and it’s bringing the heat all week long!

The meatballs really are the star of the show – they’re GLUTEN FREE and have no breading or fillers of any kind.
They’re well-seasoned, well-rounded, and all-natural.
Be like the Meatballs at V Pizza.

Sure, they get a little angry sometimes, but that’s what gives them their sassy, spicy edge!

We start this sassy little number on our house made dough from imported, Italian 00 flour. Then we layer it shredded Mozzarella and add sliced meatballs, Calabrian infused Ricotta, fresh Mozzarella, garlic and basil!

Then comes our “Arrabbiata Sauce” (see below) and then we finish it off The V Way (pecorino Romano, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil)!

What is the Arrabbiata Sauce?!
Arrabbiata means Angry 😡 in Italian and it is the spicy sauce made in house by mixing San Marzano tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil with our spicy Calabrian peppers and EVOO! All the flavors you know and love, but with a kick!

Available in two other versions:
1. Temper Tantrum - if you’re a real glutton for punishment ask for “The Temper Tantrum” and we will add spicy habanero peppers!! You’ve been warned!
2. Well-Behaved Version - the Angry Meatball without the spice.

Why are we such sticklers about heat?

1. Our pizzas don't have that artificial stuff! Our dough is au naturel without any bleaching or enrichment. Plus, we cook everything in our 900-degree wood-fired ovens!
2. None of our buildings use heat lamps to keep our food warm.

Time for some Spring Cleaning!

For the first time - we are NOT running a weekly pizza special.

CLAM, BAM, THANK YA MA’AM! Don’t get shellfish, there is plenty to go around for everyone.

Heck, you can even get it delivered right to your door!
We’re bringing you, wherever you are, the best “ah-beets” outside of Italy. Inspired by the original Frank PePe himself, from the great state of Connecticut — it’s The Clam & Garlic pizza!! If you’ve ever had to talk to someone from Connecticut about pizza, you’d know not to question it. 😉 (I get all clammy just thinking about it)

New Haven might have Frank PePe, but we have our “nod” to this New England Classic… and we'll be the first to tell you that you need to have the White Clam and Garlic Pizza… and then another!

As an ode to the great Frank PePe himself we make this creation with clams, oregano, Mootz (Mozzarella), grated pecorino Romano, garlic, parsley, olive oil and fresh chopped garlic…and then more garlic!

It’s going to be a TAXING weekend. Let’s be honest, after all the number-crunching, calculating, and maybe a few frustrated moments in front of your computer screen, it's time for a well-deserved break. And what better way to unwind than with V Pizza (and a drink) in hand?

We're inviting all of our accounting heroes and weekend tax warriors to join us for a good time. Consider it a tax-deductible sanity break.

If you don’t know the history, let's look all the way back to 1930!
An Italian-American restaurateur named Pat Olivieri opened a modest hot-dog stand within the famous "Italian Market" in South Philadelphia. For lunch, Pat got some meat chopped from the local butcher and cooked it along with onions on his hot-dog grill, and placed his concoction onto an Italian roll!

And just like that, Pat created the Philly Cheesesteak that you know today and what would be a timeless American classic!
Since that day, many have gone to great lengths to recreate his masterpiece, and with a taste so iconic you know we had to give this a shot...

We were challenged to come up with an amazing pizza that captures all of the mouthwatering flavors of the original Philly Cheese Steak.

In true V Pizza fashion: (chanting begins here!!!)
Introducing our spin on an American classic… the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza!!!

As always, we started with our handmade imported Italian “00’ Pizza Dough. Then we added our own “secret nacho cheese sauce” (yeah, it’s cheez whiz...cause that’s what the original calls for!) fresh shredded mozzarella, and hand-sliced provolone. Then we slow-cooked a wood-fired ribeye in our ovens and shaved it thin to pile high on the pie.....

Last, we topped it off with sautéed cherry peppers, onions, and mushrooms and finished with Olive Oil, Oregano, and Pecorino Romano.

Yes!!! You read that right…. we are slow-cooking and wood-firing ribeyes for hours in our ovens and then slicing it thin for your pleasure!

Our ovens are blazing at 900° and ready to serve you, whether you prefer to dine in, take out, or get delivery. If you choose to take it home, we suggest reheating your pizza in your oven at home to keep the heat alive!

Why are we such sticklers about heat?
1. Our pizzas don't have that artificial stuff! Our dough is au naturel without any bleaching or enrichment. Plus, we cook everything in our 900-degree wood-fired ovens!
2. None of our buildings use heat lamps to keep our food warm.
3. Our food is meant to be devoured when it’s HOT and most importantly, it’s meant to be SHARED.

It’s The Fig & Prosciutto Pizza!!

As always, we start with our house-made dough from imported, Italian 00 flour and a layer of mozzarella. We add spoonfuls of our house-made fig jam, crumbled creamy goat cheese, and finish it off the V Way (EVOO, oregano, and pecorino Romano).

After it's baked to its charred perfection in our 900° wood-fired ovens, we add thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma and fresh arugula.

One bite of this sweet and savory delight will have you feeling joyful in seconds.

Our menu is picky eater and foodie friendly — so no one should have anything to complain about. Even if you’re not particularly fond of family time — we’ve got a fix for that too. As we celebrate the true meaning of Easter with loved ones this weekend, a great meal is not something to pass over. All of our food is meant to be shared — making it perfect for families and groups of all sizes!

We recommend that when food starts coming out to the table, you start sharing. Every menu item we make can and should be enjoyed with the people you love. In fact, it even makes it taste better. ; )

So grab a slice, a few wings, a piece of calzone or Stromboli and pass it around.
