🟢What advice would you give to younger athletes?

“Instill a great work ethic now so when you got to college it will be an easier transition. Also, find your motivation as to WHY you are training as hard as you are and what you want to achieve from training.”

🟢How has framework prepared you for college?

“Framework has prepared by helping me get faster to play and compete at the collegiate level. By training with framework I’ve become a lot more knowledgeable and more aware of my body physically and mentally.”

Meet Coach Natalie Victorson, our Head of Youth development. We wanted to give Natalie a proper welcome to the ! Natalie started with us in February and has been such a great addition to our team.

Natalie Victorson, has a background in competitive figure skating with 10 years of figure skating coaching experience. Natalie was an intern & full-time coach at Acceleration NorthWest, a sports performance facility in MN. There, she coached youth, high school, & collegiate athletes from a variety of sports. She also spent 3 years in the UMN Army ROTC program before pursuing graduate school at Bethel University, completing an MS in Athletic Training. As a graduate, she provided sports medicine services to Twin Cities high schools while working with Bethel’s varsity sports teams. She also worked with Twin Cities Orthopedics in Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, and Training Haus sports performance. She also shadowed the MN Vikings Sports Medicine Staff during Mini Camps/OTA’s. Natalie holds her NSCA – CSCS.

I'm passionate about training because I know first hand how putting in hard work and being consistent helps improve sports performance. More importantly, training builds a foundation for succeeding in life. Growing up I was never the most skilled or gifted player but I WAS the hardest working. I always push to get better with every rep and I'll push you to train at 100% too.

"I chose this field because I’ve always been the kind of person that wants to make a difference in improving this world and I feel in my soul that this is my calling. If I can inspire one person through sports performance from its failures and success then I know I’ve done my part in bettering this world and myself. I also chose this field because it’s hands-on and you’re working one-on-one with people for a common goal. It’s always changing and evolving which keeps life interesting."

Welcome to the Framework family - Jeancarlos "JC" Lezama! He'll be starting with us next week!

JC holds certifications through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), United States of America Weightlifting as a Level II Performance Coach, and through Precision Nutrition as a Level I Coach. Went to undergrad at Appalachian State University where he played club Lacrosse and interned as a strength and conditioning coach for the women’s basketball team. He then pursued his Masters at Sacred Heart University where he was a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach. JC has spent 9 years in the fitness industry with young athletes, collegiate athletes, adults and older populations. He is experienced in strength training and programming to meet performance goals while working on mastering fundamental and functional movements.
