APPLICATION OPEN!! ➡️ Consider applying for this upcoming Impact Trip to El Salvador (November 9-17), which will be assisting Global Staff member Lorraine McNeill with her Hannah’s Hands Ministry. Lorraine ministers to the poor in and around San Salvador with Bible clubs for children, Bible studies, and medical clinics. The agenda for this trip will be finalized based on the talents and gifts of the team members God calls. We will be doing a VBS program in a local community. There is also a possibility of doing a medical clinic if we have team members with a medical background. If team members have carpenter skills, the team will assist with some projects at the mission house. Adults 55+ are invited to a fun evening of fellowship on Tuesday, June 25. We'll gather at 5:30 pm in the gym for a delicious catered meal that includes seasonal green salad with carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes, house vinaigrette and homemade ranch, BBQ meatloaf, red skin mashed potatoes, country style green beans, dinner rolls, and dessert. 😋 Beginning at 6:30 pm, we'll enjoy watching illusionist Kevin Davis illustrate God’s Word through entertainment and laughter. 👏 He performs extraordinary tricks that make you scratch your head and wonder how he did that. 😮 He also enjoys using audience participation in his show and has entertained audiences of all ages. Last night was the graduation for the Shepherds Theological Seminary Class of 2024! 🎓 The Chapel was nearly full with friends, family, and supporters of the graduates. And the best part was seeing the graduates' smiling faces after so much hard work and dedication. 👏 Our very own Family Pastor Jimmy Carter also received his Doctor of Ministry! 😃 Congratulations to all! 🎉

Our Canaan Land Impact Trip team (led by our awesome Carpenters for Christ) returned today after a great week in Lake Toxaway, NC, upgrading cabins, repairing electric carts, fixing wooden pathways, and building shelving in preparation for the summer season. 🔨 👏 Canaan Land is a Christian Retreat center available to full-time Christian workers of Baptist, Bible and other conservative churches and ministries and their immediate families at no charge. 😇 www.canaanlandchristianretreat.org

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN to all Shepherd's mothers of preschoolers ages birth through kindergarten for our wonderful M3 ministry! 😃 We meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month (Sept-May) from 9:30-11:45 am. Come enjoy a hot breakfast, mommy fellowship, and teaching from God’s Word! This is a great opportunity to spend time with other moms going through the same stages of life. This ministry is designed for mothers with children aged from birth through the completion of their kindergarten year in school. The goal is to nurture every mother of preschoolers. Childcare is offered for children birth through kindergarten, as well as for children in homeschool or for children tracked out of a traditional school. Earlier this week, our Shepherd's Weekday Preschool hosted a lovely Mother's Day Tea for the moms/kids in their program. 😍 It was a fantastic turnout, and what a precious time to celebrate and love on these mothers! Be sure to join us this Sunday for worship services for another opportunity to show our appreciation to all the moms in our church! 🌹
