🌈💖 Happy Bis*xual Visibility Day! 💖🌈
Today we celebrate the beauty, strength, and diversity of the bis*xual community. Whether you're out, questioning, or simply living your truth, you are valid and seen. 🌍✨
As we embrace and uplift bis*xuality, it's also important to talk about taking care of our s*xual health. S*xual health is part of self-care, and it’s key to loving ourselves and each other. Here are some tips to keep in mind:
Get Tested Regularly: Routine check-ups for STIs are essential, no matter your s*xual orientation. Knowledge is power! 🔬❤️
Communication is Key: Be open and honest with your partners about boundaries, s*xual history, and safe s*x practices. Everyone deserves to feel respected and informed. 💬🌸
Use Protection: Whether you're with men, women, or non-binary partners, using protection (like condoms and dental dams) helps keep everyone safe and healthy. 🛡️⚕️
Mental Health Matters: Biphobia, erasure, and invalidation can take a toll. Reach out for support when you need it – whether from friends, family, or mental health professionals. You’re never alone. 🧠💪
Let’s continue to create a world where bis*xuality is understood, celebrated, and respected – and where s*xual health is a priority for all. 💜💙💗

In any s*xual relationship, it’s important to communicate about what you and your partner(s) want. #ٍs*xualhealthawarenessmonth *xualhealth
S*x is not just about the physical act. It also involves a little bit of teasing, dollops of foreplay and also talking about pleasure and s*x. Good s*xual communication can not only make your s*x life more enjoyable, but also foster intimacy, build trust and ensure mutual satisfaction.
But not many people like to talk about s*x. Either they are shy or just not comfortable. The key is to work towards improving s*xual communication with your partner. Just follow some tips by a psychologist for a better s*x life!

Studies have shown that less than a quarter of Hispanic teens use highly effective forms of birth control, like pills or IUDs, compared with almost half of white teens.
Many Hispanic teens say their parents don’t talk to them about s*x, or the conversation is limited to “don’t do it.” But if you do talk to your parents, you’re more likely to use birth control consistently. And you’re also more likely to get the kind of highly effective birth control that a doctor can give you.

Female condoms, aka Internal Condoms, are an empowerment tool!
They are an indispensable product for people to have access to so they can protect themselves and their partners to live safer, healthier, empowered lives.

DYK: In Wyoming more than 32,820 women of reproductive age live in contraceptive deserts, which means they live in counties that lack reasonable access to a health center offering the full range of contraceptive methods.
In reality, this means that to get the method of birth control that works for them, they have to search for a clinic and often have to travel more than an hour to get there—which may require extra gas or bus fare, time away from school, unpaid time off work, extra child care, etc.
The Wyoming Health Council supports 8 Title X Family Planning Clinics, with 10 service sites, throughout Wyoming. Our overarching goal is to ensure all people have access to the full range of methods so they can choose the one that works best for them and have the power to decide if, when, and under what circumstances to get pregnant.
Continued underfunding of the Title X program leaves the state without the resources to meet current need, but the Wyoming Health Council and our Title X clinics will continue to do everything we can to support the reproductive and s*xual health care of the people of Wyoming.
🏆Everybody is a winner when they use condoms, birth control, have inclusive s*x education and can support their s*xual health!
🤩Let our Title X Family Planning clinic help you rock your best life!

🇺🇸23 years ago today, our country was forever changed by unspeakable tragedy. And yet, at a time when we could have let our fear and suffering divide us, Americans joined together in unity. Bonded by our common humanity, we set aside our differences and gave to one another, comforted one another, unconditionally supported one another.
❤️The mission of 9/11 Day is to honor those we lost by annually rekindling that moment of togetherness, when we felt more alike than different. On this 9/11 Day, let’s never forget what we’re capable of doing together. Check out to learn more about acts of service and kindness you can do today.
