UNI Orchesis Dance Company

Today, we had our first day of class! We are ready and eager to create for our fall show. 💃

Meet Alexis! She has been an active member in orchesis for 1 semester. This summer she has been nannying, dog sitting, volunteering as a camp counselor, and spending time with family and friends. She also went to a Niall Horan concert, and Minnesota! "I’m so excited to be back dancing with my Orchesis buddies🥰"

Meet Izzy! She has been an active member in orchesis for 2 semesters. Her summer has been "packed full of love, laughter, lifeguarding, cats, and travel! I've seen so many beautiful sights including mountain views, northern lights, rolling waves, the tops of the clouds, beautiful sunsets, waterfalls, and fireworks! This has definitely been one of the most jam-packed and memorable summers of my life. It’s been a blessing to spend it with such wonderful friends and family. However, I can’t wait to get back to dancing in the studio so soon!!"

We are officially 3 weeks away from auditions! If you are interested in dancing and being a part of a special group in college, come join us on August 25th from 2-4 pm in the WRC room 187. Meet Amy! She has been an active member in orchesis for 3 semesters. This summer, she has been back home working at Starbucks, spending time with her family and friends, and taking dance classes!

The last bracelet of the semester went to Lillie for being so hardworking! She always give 100% and is open to trying anything new! Congrats Lillie! 😆

Since today is the last official day of the semester, we wanted to take a moment to recognize our seniors! We have loved getting to have you all in the company and you will be so missed! Congratulations! 💟

Kayla got the bracelet last week! She received it for being a great understudy and stepping up and working hard! Way to go Kayla! ♥️

The bracelet went to Savanna! She works really hard for the company, especially in behind the scenes tasks with her role as Treasurer. We couldn’t do many of the things we do without her! Way to go, Savanna! 🤩
