I’m happy to be back to work this week after a really long few weeks of recovery. I had some annoying complications come up but am very grateful to be healthy and mostly back to my normal self.

I am so thankful for your patience while I catch back up on emails if you haven’t already heard from me you will soon!

HUGE thank you to those who reached out to check on us, brought us meals and my friends and family who showed me extra love, patience and support the last month. I’m excited to be back! 📸🖤

My spring books have kind of been "on hold" while I waited on some medical follow up about potentially having surgery. I WILL be having surgery and will be off the end of May and beginning of June. I know these are sometimes more ideal than summer months for people to do sessions so if you want to get a session in, email me ASAP before those spots fill up. [email protected]

Are senior mini sessions something you would like to see? I don’t usually offer traditional senior sessions, long sessions with elaborate set ups, multiple locations and lots of graphic design are just not my thing. But I’ve done a few short, sweet, and simple sessions that are a half hour, one location and a shirt change and they have gone really well!

I love how many people brought grandparents to sessions this year! I’m thinking about adding some kind of grandparent session to my Black Friday deals, is this something people would be interested in?

Went way out of my comfort zone here but had to accommodate the worlds best assistant while she was in town. Full sun, middle of the day, high winds, in the woods with TONS of dappled light but we still made out with tons of adorable photos.

I’ve had a couple of people ask, yes! I will be doing Black Friday sales again. Keep your eyes peeled! 👀

I know having your photo taken isn't everyone's favorite, that's okay. I honestly don't particularly enjoy having my own photo taken, so, I understand. But having at least a positive attitude can make all the difference in the world with how you end up looking in pictures. Teenagers often are the less than thrilled to be at family photos (or dads lol) but this young woman was upbeat, positive and fun the entire time and it shines through in all the pictures! She looks absolutely stunning!

I’ve been documenting this sweet girl growing up for 6 years now! It’s truly one of my favorite parts of my job! 🥹🥰

This crew was such a blast to work with! Ms. Savanna has grown so much from her fresh 48 earlier this year, what a treat to see her again!

This dad wanted to document the unique beauty two of his babies share with him and I thought it was just too special not to share with you too. 🤍
