My last appointment of the day was a reschedule. What’s a girl to do? Sit and soak in the sun with our dog that’s what. 140 pounds of love sat on my lap as we sat in gratitude for all that creator has given and shown to us. What a beautiful day.

Some of you may know that I’ve been selling amazing singing bowls! They are sourced from Nepal from kind hearted family’s in the mountains. I offer a discount to certified sound healing practitioners too! Here’s an amazing “G” note at 12 inches. Price: $645 ( less the $100 discount). With patience great things are possible. A new Pilates mat schedule is in the attached photo. These are weekly on going classes taught by me at Toula Yoga ( with the exception of when I’m traveling). The Wednesday classes are in the heated studio. They won’t be as hot as hot yoga but warm enough to begin a deeper release. I have spent 3 years in education with somatic therapy in a session environment and in movement practices. Taught properly, Pilates already falls into somatic practice. I’ve added the Somatic Deep Stretch class to enhance deeper muscular release in tandom with circular breathwork.
The only class needing experience is the level 2(you all know who you are)! The other two classes listed require no previous experience! All are welcome!

Sunset last night out at Terramuse Wellness Sanctuary. The land never ceases to amaze me. I’m happy to say that I will be continuing my path at this amazing facility for years to come! We have an amazing team developing and I can’t wait to share more details soon! Lots af happy events coming for not only private use but experiences open to the public! Look ahead for a beautiful advertising campaign in the upcoming months. Beautiful photography, land management, enhancements to the facility and of course- amazing food!
