👉🏻Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, as we will begin Holy Yoga at 6:30pm.

👉🏻Please make sure to bring your yoga blanket (if you’ve received one), yoga mat (if you have one), and water (if needed) to class tonight!

Holy ✝️ Yoga is back!!!

The return of Holy Yoga will begin with a brand new 7-class series that I am calling, “River of Life”. In this series we will explore the Water’s depths throughout God’s Word.

The season we currently find ourselves in looks quite a bit different from seasons past where everything is picking up again, and the hustle and bustle of life is a little overwhelming. Come journey along side me as we step into that sacred space where you can feel grounded again, be poured into and filled back up, yoke your body, soul, and mind to the Creator, and allow Him to quench your thirst and recharge your spirit as we readjust to this world of go, go, go.

👉🏻This 7-class series will cost $13 and along with this cost you will receive a yoga blanket that you will be able to keep and use for all of our future Holy Yoga classes.

👉🏻Classes will take place on Tuesday nights, October 5th- November 16th from 6:30-7:30pm upstairs in the Youth Worship Center. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early, as a courtesy to others, so that we can begin class on time.

New student paperwork will be available through your online registration, and will need to be filled out and brought with you to your first class.

Limited yoga equipment is available, and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. If you already own any yoga equipment, please bring that with you.

👉🏻Holy Yoga is for everyone! Any age (16+), any size, any experience level! Modifications are always offered, so honor your body where it’s at, and come just as you are!

Please, spread the word and invite your friends, family, neighbors, and that special person the Holy Spirit has placed on your heart. I am so excited to see what God will do, and I can’t wait to see you all again soon!

As we all know everything has been cancelled due to COVID19, but with God ALL things are possible!God spoke to my heart and said, you may be stuck in quarantine, unable to go and do, but guess what? I Am still moving!!! I Am moving in and through you, and I can still work miracles and do things you couldn’t even imagine, even when you feel stuck. Let me use you, be my vessel.
With a little further encouragement from a friend, and a little practice getting used to a camera, I finally chose to surrender in all of my discomfort, insecurities, and doubts and just let God!
We serve a great and mighty God who knows the beginning and the end, who is completely and undeniably in complete control, and I know He will bless and use this, too! I’am excited to see Him move!!!

If you are a previously paid student from my Holy Yoga at First Celina Class, you will find yourself added to our private Facebook group where you will be able to tune in live for classes, or watch classes you have missed all from the comfort of your own home!

We will be starting a new Holy Yoga series called,
“Finding the Foundations- Holy Yoga for Beginners”.🧘🏻‍♀️

Holy yoga is experiential worship that creates space for you to connect with Christ through His Word, worship and wellness on your mat through the modality of yoga. All levels are welcome and no experience is required, so come just as you are! The cost is $40, that’s $5 a class!

This will be an 8 class series where we will walk through the entire book of Ephesians discovering the foundations of walking with Christ, while learning the foundations of Holy Yoga. 4 more classes will conclude our series at retreat.♥️

This will not be a super easy class because doing yoga the right way is hard, but it will give you a greater knowledge of how to do each posture correctly so that you receive the greatest benefits and growth throughout your practice. This is similar in our walk with Christ when doing it the way He calls us to, it too can be difficult, but when we practice walking with Him, trusting Him, and obeying Him we begin to mirror the image He always intended for us to be. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Throughout this series we will be practicing the same flow each week, while adding a few new variations here and there so that you have opportunity to grow further.

This is a perfect opportunity to bring a friend, daughter, sister, or someone you know who has always wanted to learn yoga, but has been a little apprehensive to try.

Merry Christmas from our tribe to yours!!!
It’s Christmas, and yes it’s fills my heart with so much joy to see our boys rush down the stairs grinning from ear to ear, excitement in their eyes, anticipating all they will receive. But as we sat this morning to sing Happy Birthday to Jesus, pray, and read the miraculous Christmas story and reflect on our God and what Christmas truly means, this enormous since of gratitude filled me to the brim. Our boys recognize a little more each year that we’ve already received the greatest gift of all, and I’m so thankful we get to share that with them. Our God, who can part raging waters and tell the lightening where to strike, became man all out of love for us. He stepped down from His almighty thrown just to fulfill the promises that He made to His chosen people. Jesus...He is the bringer of peace, the light of the world, the King of Kings, and love incarnate. He is ‘God with us’ (Matthew 1:23). He became flesh, as a tiny very human baby, walked among us, and then died so that we would have the opportunity to spend all of eternity with Him. Eternal life, the most precious gift we could ever receive! He is our everlasting hope! Oh, come let us adore Him!!! Merry Christmas, friends!

The word no is hard to hear, and at times we kick, scream, beg, and try to fight our way out of the situation almost like a toddler.

We have so much we want, so many things that NEED go our way, and we’re kicking and screaming and doing everything within our power to make it happen.

But as the Father swoops us up into His arms, He gently whispers, “I know what’s best for you”. With love He leads us exactly where we need to be.

He loves us more than we could ever understand. And from His heart He’s calling us to do less wanting and more trusting. Let Him lead, be open to His wisdom, and allow Him to work in your life as only a loving Father can do.

The Holy Yoga “More than Enough” Series continues this Sunday night at 6pm! It’s not too late to join!!

Remember as you continue to find gifts in your everyday life and write them down in your Gratitude Journals, begin in Prayer, so that this journey is continually Spirit-led. Receive. Open your hands to the simple daily gifts all the unique and ordinary things you notice, from the grand and obvious to the humble and hidden. And Praise. Praise Him for the unexpected and the unlikely, for the daily and the difficult, and the graces in disguise.
Maybe you write down 3 gifts, or maybe you write down 10 gifts a day. Regardless, I pray this becomes a cultivating habit, of learning to live praise, to make gratitude and joy your default, to move thanksgiving away from a holiday to a lifestyle where you find real, true joy.

This will be an amazing study as we head into the holiday season!
