Happy New Year, everyone! With the new year comes some pricing policy changes… While we have enjoyed providing our services to you for the past 3 years, and being able to keep our service prices incredibly low for the area, even through opening a new business and having to close almost immediately for months due to the Covid pandemic, the time has come that we must raise our prices accordingly to keep up with the rising costs of everything from supplies to daily costs of running a business. We understand that most everyone is feeling the effects of the current economy so we will do our best to keep our cost low enough so you can still let us make you feel like the most beautiful versions of yourselves on a regular basis. One example of our new pricing model is all services will be a la carte instead of bundled. Please reach out to Jenna or Korie direct if you have questions about new pricing to avoid any surprises at checkout.
We would also like to remind everyone to please, PLEASE, stay home if you or your children are sick. As self employed business owners we can not afford to cancel any appointments because someone prioritized their hair over our health and the heath of other clients present. We can only do our jobs if we and our clients are healthy. Please give us as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and get you rescheduled as soon as possible.
We consider you all friends, if not family, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us personally if you have any questions or concerns.
We wouldn’t be here without your love and support, and there are not words sufficient enough to express how much we appreciate your loyalty. We will be accepting new clients in the coming weeks, so feel free to refer anyone that you think would be a good fit for our little salon family! We love you all and can’t wait to see you in our chairs soon!

As of Sunday April 4th, we will move a small step forward with our covid restrictions. We are finally able to increase our capacity a little more!

With that being said, we are excepting new clients!😍 We would love if you could help us spread the love and fill our chairs. We love when you love us and our work so much that you refer others to us. And as a thank you, we will both be offering a 20% discount to both our referrals and referees during the month of April as a way to celebrate spring and the loosening on our restrictions! Woohoo!

We are doing our best to navigate through the new procedures and implement the changes into our scheduling quickly. If we’ve not reached out to you yet, no worries, we will!

Wow. What a year so far... but, we have some good news...
We are thrilled to announce that we are FINALLY going to be cleared to reopen next week!!!
WE MISSED YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!

Due to the changes in operations requirements, CDC suggestions, and occupancy restrictions, we wanted to give everyone a heads up on some VERY IMPORTANT things that involve appointments, scheduling, etc., and want to ensure everyone is on the same page-

SANITATION-
On top of our normal cleaning, we are scheduling extra time before/after each client to allow for extra sanitation. We use medical grade sanitizer that kills viruses to clean all tools and surfaces. Due to the extra time for each appointment...

APPOINTMENTS-
We are still doing first cancelled, first rescheduled. We have 3 months worth of appointments, and a few hundred guests to get to, so please be patient as we contact each one of you. We have gone through our client lists, but just to be certain we haven’t overlooked anyone
*PLEASE POST A COMMENT UNDER WITH SERVICE YOU WOULD LIKE BOOKED AND STYLIST YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE.
Again, we will be contacting everyone over the next week, and while we keep great records, its better safe than sorry!

A few other things you must know before your appointment-

*Our occupancy is limited to 50% which, in our space, literally gives us the ability to have one client each, and not another one extra.

*As much as we love your family and friends, we will not be allowing any extra people during your appointment. Unfortunately this includes children. Unless the appointment is for your small child, we must insist you find other arrangements for child care.

*We know a lot of you like to bring your significant others to your appointments for haircuts while you’re getting dolled up, however we are not able to accommodate this due to the “one client per stylist” restriction. Luckily, there are plenty of wonderful cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, so boredom shouldn’t be an issue while they wait their turn!

*When you arrive to your appointment, please call the salon or text your stylist to let us know you’re here. Unfortunately we will not have our waiting area available, so you’ll need to wait in your car or outside until we can welcome you in the salon.

*Probably one of the most important things- we understand that these past few months have been rough to say the least... we know desperate times call for desperate measures... If you had to cheat on us, we get it...
If you cheated with yourself, it’s not really cheating, but we get it...
The thing is we understand, AND WE NEED TO KNOW!!!!!! If we didn’t do your hair last we absolutely have to know. It may require us to add extra time to your appointment, so please, PLEASE let us know when we schedule you so we can accommodate your hair needs appropriately.

*Since our schedules are going to be strict, you MUST try your best to be on time. We are enforcing a strict cancellation policy. It’s not fair to take an appointment time from someone else, or be late and cause the next guest to wait extra in their car. You will be charged accordingly, but since all of you are considerate we don’t anticipate this being a problem!

*We will not be able to accommodate any walk-ins, and we are not operating with business hours. Any and all services will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Last, but certainly not least-
IF YOU FEEL SICK, HAVE A TEMPERATURE, OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WHO IS SICK-
STAY. THE. HECK. HOME!!!!!!!!!!!
We just want your smiles and your company, NOT your germs!!!!

That pretty much covers everything.. we will update any other pertinent information as needed... again, please comment under with service request and stylist preference.

Hey Hey Everyone!!

First off, we miss you all. So. Much.
We are as excited to get back to work as everyone is to get their hair back in our loving hands!!!

That being said, we’ve received A LOT of messages inquiring about wanting to get appointments scheduled exactly on May 8th or the first opening day. As much as we would love to start scheduling everyone again, we have decided we are going to continue to hold off on rescheduling anyone for the following reasons-

*May 8th is a very loose date of when “some” businesses are going to be able to reopen. This date could change, and we’ve not been informed if hair salons will even be included in the first round of businesses allowed to reopen.

*If and when we are allowed to reopen we will most certainly be required to follow new guidelines to operate, which we have heard could be anything from one stylist/one client in the salon at a time, to having to cut our allowed building occupancy in half. All of those restrictions would require further planning to figure out what days we would be able to work, and how many people we can safely schedule in a day.

*We COMPLETELY understand wanting to get an appointment ASAP to “beat the rush”, but the only fair way we have been able to figure we can reschedule our clients will be on a “First Cancelled, First Rescheduled” basis. Most of our clients are absolutely fantastic about prebooking their future appointments, which means that by the time we can open we will have people that are overdue for their every 4/6/8 week touch ups by at least 6 weeks.

These are only a few of the bigger obstacles we are facing with how to proceed with scheduling everyone. We promise you that as soon as we are given a clear and exact 100% go-ahead with how to move forward we will share the good news and start getting everyone back in!! We are anticipating some new restrictions will be put in place, but we will be adding hours to our working days to accommodate as many of you as we physical can as soon as possible. It’s going to be a process, it’s going to be frustrating, but we are committed to making it work because you all deserve the absolute best service and experience, something we are thrilled that you’ve come to expect from us.

We appreciate everyone’s continued love, support, patience and loyalty... this has been hard for everyone. We miss and love you all, and we can’t wait to have our beautiful salon filled with our beautiful clients and all of the happiness again ♥️

It is mind blowing that in the short amount of time we’ve been open for business we’ve been showered with love and support from all of you!! It’s because of all of you that we’ve been able to live our dream, and you’ve never once made us doubt our decision to open our little salon!

Honestly, we don’t think this news could’ve come at a better time. Just when we feel like the world is crumbling and the odds are against us, we are reminded of how fortunate we are to have the opportunity to do what we love, and have the absolute GREATEST clients on earth to share our passion with!

A simple thank you doesn’t suffice, but there aren’t any other words. We can’t WAIT until the world has healed, things are back to normal, and we can properly show our gratitude! Thank you again for trusting us to be such a big part of your lives and always cheering us on... we truly couldn’t ask for more ♥️

Hey Everyone!

As brand spanking new self-employed business owners, this is one of the hardest things we’ve had to post.

Due to the extreme contagiousness of this new virus (it’s called Coronavirus... you might’ve heard of it once or twice...) we have decided it’s best to do our part in ensuring the public remains healthy and stop the spread. This unfortunately means we will be closing until it’s been deemed safe to reopen to the public (they’re projecting 2 weeks right now...). We know it’s never a convenient time to have your hair stylist cancel your appointment, especially at a time where everyone could use a little boost in morale and happiness.

We apologize from the bottom of our hearts that it has come to this, but it’s important that everyone do what they can right now, even though that means our beautiful clients will have to go without a fresh do, and we will have to go without means of income for now. Trust us, we are all suffering. We will be reaching out personally to reschedule those affected by the decision to close....

BUT WAIT! THAT DOESN’T MEAN THERE AREN’T SOME SILVER LININGS!!! ♥️♥️♥️

* We will be giving a discount of 10% off your bill to anyone we need to reschedule. While it’s out of our control, it’s the least we can do to extend our apologies for the inconvenience. 📆

* We will be offering a gift card special, call it a COVID-19 Exclusive if you will, buy $50 and receive $10 free! Limit one per customer. We will be updating the online booking link ASAP to make this available for purchase online! 💵

* As soon as this mess has been worked out, we will be throwing one heck of a customer loyalty party to say THANK YOU to our amazing clients for remaining understanding and loyal during this crazy time. It will include gift card specials, snacks, gift bags, giveaways, and of course a signature bevvy of the adult variety 😏 🥂
