The Pump and Power at 9 am, Balance and Stretch at 10am and the SilverSneakers class at 10:30 am are cancelled this morning due to weather. Stay home, stay safe and practice balance and exercise core strength while you shovel snow! Don’t forget to squat!

We are excited to announce starting March 1st, Shine will be offered Monday and Friday mornings 10am-11am with Annette.

SHINE – Is a NEW dance fitness exercise program that is recognized for its simple yet effective choreography that is sure to make you sweat with a smile on your face. The choreography is rooted in traditional jazz, ballet and hip-hop and is designed for all dance abilities. This class will give you a full body workout while dancing to the best pop and hip-hop music out there.

Congratulations to CFC members Kim Bard ( left) and Katie Barnes on their 1st and 3rd place finishes in yesterday’s “Run your Ice off” race downtown yesterday. It’s the end of activities at the Annual Ice Fest. Way to go girls!!

DEKA Strong on Thursday mornings at 9am with Chris Anne. This is a functional circuit class with senior movement standards used. We are so proud of this group of members who are DEKA Strong!!! CFC offers all levels of fitness training from senior, beginner, intermediate to advanced.

Official Spartan DEKA workouts are Mondays at 4:30 pm and 5:15pm AND Thursdays at 4:30pm.

Starting Tuesday January 2nd 5:15-6:15pm Power Yoga Flow with personal trainer Amy Huber. This is a faster paced Yoga Flow focusing on breath, gaining flexibility and strength. Bring a towel and your water.

Starting Saturday, January 6th, 10am-11am Yoga for weight loss led by Michelle Nicholas. Michelle is the Weight Management Site Director for WellSpan Medical Weight Management program, and she has a Master of Science in nursing from Penn State University. Her nursing certifications include - Obesity Medicine Association, Certified Specialist Obesity and Weight Management, Certified Health Coach, Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Yoga Fit, Levels 1,2 and 3, and Mat Pilates through AAAI, Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant through ACE. We are excited to start this new series of Wellness Yoga classes on Saturday mornings. Each class will run approximately 8 to 12 weeks starting with Yoga for Weight loss, followed by Stress Reduction, Insomnia relief, Back/Joint Pain and help with Migraines. $10 per class for non-members.
