When I’m sweaty and done I just hit log workout and it immediately send it to my trainer to review and access for future workouts! Q: What is Coach Assisted Training?
A: If you really are unsure how to get the results you want and what to do to achieve it, then this program is for you! We develop a Specific program for you, it gets downloaded in our app, and shows you what to do every step of the way from how to execute the exercises properly, rest, proper form and the best part …… wait for it….. it’s not those online programs that you pay and have to do yourself!

The program will be reviewed by your coach/trainer when you come in and they will be monitoring you throughout the workout, to make sure you are on 🎯 , form is good and guide you towards your goals.

Q: Is nutrition included?
A: 💯 You can also add a customized nutrition program to complement your training and have all your progress monitored and assessed!

Q: Can you do the Coach Assisted Training with a partner or friend?
A: Yes you will not only be able to do it together, you can also sign up to complete your training program at the same time so both of you can be assesed and monitored.

A: ABSOLUTELY NOT! THE8BLOCK is a PRIVATE GYM exclusively for its members! It’s a facility for anyone who wants REAL RESULTS and is serious about their fitness. We will have equipment not found in our area, specific to give you that next level fitness. We will be the only facility to offer Coach Assisted Training 🤫 exclusively for the individual and their goals (just think not personal training which we offer too but more like your personal fitness journey…).

Q: Will you offer Personal Training?
A: 💯 exclusively for your goals!

Q: Will you be open 7 days a week?
A: 💯 we Are not BS with your Results 😉 💪

Q: Will you offer Nutrition Programs?
A: 💯 Exclusively tailored to your lifestyle and goals! Cmon, let’s be real… you can workout anywhere, large boot camp classes, CrossFit, at home etc…. If you’re not complimenting your fitness with a nutrition program tailored to you, you’re not going to get the results you want. We will offer this exclusively with our new Apple and Android 8BLOCK App!
You will not only have your Fitness program tracked/monitored, you will have access to nutrition integrated within the app with Myfitness pal and even provide progress photos, assessments and communication with your coaches!
