This weekend two of our brothers had the distinguished opportunity to attend the annual 2023 ΣΑΜ convention.

On top of the valuable knowledge and tools we learned from the fantastic weekend, we also took home the most chapter awards out of all ΣΑΜ chapters across the country.

[Slide 2] We won the Academic Excellence award for our work aiding our chapter in their academics including owning an average GPA of 3.62 per member.

Showing our commitment to both education📚 and leadership, Sigma Alpha Mu Rho Chapter consistently strives for academic excellence. With a cumulative GPA of 3.62, a candidate semester GPA of 3.60, and a Fall 2022 GPA of 3.46, our members are actively pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Proud to see our members active in over 30 different organizations with many in leadership positions.

Just wrapped up a successful Chapter Leader’s Day in Indianapolis! We had an amazing time connecting with brothers from all across the Midwest and learning new leadership skills to bring back to our chapter. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Yesterday, we were privileged to be able to meet two IDF soldiers, Chen and Amit, who were injured during their service to the country. It was an amazing opportunity to hear their stories and how these experiences changed their lives forever. Thank you for coming to speak with us and thank you to and Belev Achad for bringing them to campus.

HISTORY: A picture of our fraternity house at 301 E Armory back in 1989! The house was built initially for Pi Kappa Alpha in 1927 and has been the Sammy house since 1959. We can't wait for renovations to be complete so we can be back in this historic location.
