This is Rita Lamar, EarthWay Real Estate! Rita is a native to the Charleston Area and has been working for EarthWay Real Estate since its creation. She is our Senior Broker Associate!

Music is Rita's passion (outside of real estate of course)! Singing, playing piano, and attending as many concerts/performances as she can brings her great joy.
Another joy in her life are her friends and family. Rita has 4 Brothers, and 4 Nephews!
She, also, has 3 beloved cats - Bitsy, Billy, and Buddy.

When not working hard for her real estate clients you can find Rita spending time with friends, hiking, at the beach, exploring historical areas, or just relaxing with a good podcast.

Sarah King Merzlak has been with EarthWay since Jan 2017 as a Marketing Admin. She helps our BIC with office items such as files, forms, manuals, social media, and website maintenance.

In Spring 2020, Sarah began to work as a Transaction Coordinator & Assistant to Kendra Calore. In the beginning of 2022, The Calore Group was formed and added Britanei Eason to the Team in January 2023.

Sarah and her husband Jon (a Merchant Mariner) are originally from Fauquier County, Virginia. Jon and Sarah came to Charleston in 2012, and have lived in Riverland Terrace since 2013. They have 2 daughters, 2 dogs, a cat, bees, and hens.

When not working with EW and The Calore Group, Sarah enjoys quiet evenings watching BritBox or Turner Movie Classics, playing Mandolin, researching family ancestry, doing crafts with her kids, outdoor exploring with her family, and finding new ways to avoid folding/putting away the laundry.

This is Brittany Walker Charleston Realtor ! Brittany loves low country living like boating and hanging out with her family on Morris Island during the summer. She, also, loves traveling, crafting, and exercising - including teaching youth fitness classes and participating in triathlons.

She has enjoyed living in Charleston since attending CofC for both undergraduate and grad school.

Brittany lives on James Island with her two sons, husband, and miniature dachshund, Chip.

She recently moved from West Ashley to Hollywood with her family, and they’re excited to be settling into their new house. This summer, the Mappus family has big plans to spend the summer doing as much fun outdoor things they can - like their family vacation to Lake Keowee!

Britanei is originally from Twinsburg, Ohio, and she received her Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University in Communication Studies. Growing up, her parents were both Realtors - so she was able to learn about Real Estate from a young age.

In Bri's free time she enjoys cooking, working out, and is a wine enthusiast!

First up is our Broker-In-Charge, Jay Tracey!
Here is a photo of Jay with a 23'' Rainbow Trout that he caught this summer!
Since 2000, Jay has been a part of the Folly Beach Turtle Team, preserving and protecting the natural habitat of Loggerhead Sea Turtles. He is, also, a proud supporter of Pet Helpers.

Besides his outdoor adventures, Jay is a big lover of music and an audiophile! He delights in working on his sound system when at home.

Jay and his wife Cheryl moved to Charleston in 1998. They have 5 children & 11 grandchildren. They, also, have a new, sweet little cat named Shelby!
