This really is a sneak peek. This home sat dilapidated with the roof caving in for almost 20 years. I think it was 2005 the first time I approached the owners and finally was able to put a deal together last year that allowed them to hire an agent and buy a new house. It’s been an honor to see this house go from a wreck to renovation.

This is one of my favorite renovations. This home was owned by the same family for over 50 years and the previous owners had said that the asbestos siding had been on as long “as he could remember”. A permit was pulled to remove the asbestos siding and what a thrill to find that the home had beautiful wood siding still in place.
