With the help of talented creatives like videographer Braiden Maddox, journalist Caryn Gresham, and local phenomenon, team member, and professional photographer Rafael Barker, TFA aims to help shift the narrative and help the community lift itself!

📚 What's RIPPLE?

🌟 Ripple is a 1 year program that includes:

🎨 Listening Sessions with artists to understand their needs and visions.
🎨 Meetings with Local Leaders to identify key questions and areas of focus.
🎨 Community Engagement Sessions to map assets and desires, forming a diverse project design team.
🎨 A 2 day Compensated Design Workshop to create a community-driven project plan, with teams receiving grants to implement their projects and get PAID for their art! 💃
