๐จ Listening Sessions with artists to understand their needs and visions.
๐จ Meetings with Local Leaders to identify key questions and areas of focus.
๐จ Community Engagement Sessions to map assets and desires, forming a diverse project design team.
๐จ A 2 day Compensated Design Workshop to create a community-driven project plan, with teams receiving grants to implement their projects and get PAID for their art! ๐
