From our friends, SOAR WV:

If you pick up today's Charleston Gazette-Mail, you'll catch this story right below the fold.

Pretty excited about the city's newest free naloxone box at the Living AIDS Memorial Garden on Charleston's East End, in partnership with the Women's Health Center of West Virginia!

It's also just plain neat to see instructions for naloxone on the Gazette's front page. Well done, Ashley Perham and your editorial team. This is how we keep our community whole.

The Living AIDS Memorial Garden was established in 1998 as a community park as a memorial place to remember those who have died of AIDS. The majority of the funds for the Garden are donated from the community. The park is for everyone to enjoy. This picture is a hole in the Rose Garden. We have planted a new rose and now it is gone. This is not the first time that a shrub has been stolen.

It is Spring, so we will plant a new rose bush.

So if you would like to donate to the Garden please visit our website at https://livingaidsmemorialgarden.org/

We will be planting azalea shrubs, little giant arborvitae shrubs, asiatic lilies, giant lilies, peonies and dahlias. The last wave of the daffodils are blooming now. The tulips might be blooming on Saturday.

Can't wait to get our hands dirty with everybody @ the Living AIDS Memorial Garden.
