Water completely damaged this exterior door. We replaced the whole entire door and screen door as well. In addition to that for no extra charge, we fixed the water problem by securing the gutter and siliconing so they should never have a problem again!!

Drywall fixes, relocate wiring. Also changes out a water pressure regulator valve. These little pesky things go bad and can cause major water damage to a home. Make sure to have them checked regularly.

In Concord NC today pressure washing this beautiful home. We will finish up tomorrow and take.more pics!!

Today brings us to IT where we were given a long list of items the homeowner needed done. We installed new bottom door seals for the front and rear door that replaced the old worn out ones. We also adjusted the front door so it closes properly. Installed towel bars (3) in each of the bathrooms, installed a new outdoor cover for the back yard receptacle and changed the two front garage lights. We also fixed their garbage disposal (without replacing it) and cleaned their gutters while we were there.

Emergency job brought us to The Marathon gas station in Monroe North Carolina. The outlet that there ice machine was plugged into was faulty. In and out in less than half an hour. Problem fixed and ice machine back up and running!!

Fire marshal inspection required to quad outlets at this T-Mobile location. We specialize in all code violations, inspection failures and fire marshal requests!!

Today brings us to Concord NC to help a customer that is selling their home and had an inspection report with some electrical items to button up.

Today we are in Durham North Carolina @ T-Mobile running four new electrical outlets. One of the outlets involves running conduit a cinder block wall.

Today's project is a small one (but equally important as a big one).

Customer could not find a contractor to come out because the job was not big enough for them to come out 👎🏼

We repaired sheetrock where the new vanity was put in, repaired door trim, installed a small piece of base molding and quarter round. Installed a kickplate for the kitchen cabinet as well as quarter round.

Today's task:

Front porch light not working needs replaced, outlet and light in room not working (unrelated to porch light), interior window sill rotted.

We replaced the front porch light with a new motion sensor type fixture. There was still no power at the light. Troubleshoot to find that there is a faulty switch.

Homeowner installed new outlet with USB ports in the room upstairs where the receptacles and lights weren't working. Simple fix in that the neutral wire broke and was not allowing the circuit to complete.

Remove the interior window sill that was rotted and luckily for the homeowner there was no rot to the actual framing. He had other contractors come out there to tell them that they had to remove a whole section that would cost them big money. To ensure that the rock was not beyond that point, we actually removed the siding on the exterior house to find that there is no issues whatsoever. We just saved this homeowner a bunch of 💲💲
