Yes! It is okay to lift pregnant. Despite beliefs, as long as you’re a prior lifter before pregnancy; it is definitely okay to continue lifting. It helps your body prepare for the long duration of labor and delivery when the day comes. Compound lifting helps ensure you have a strong pelvic floor and core to endure pregnancy itself as well as the recovery and strength needed for motherhood after.

Pull ups 3x12 (warm up)
Lat pull downs 4x8
Seated rows 4x8
Tri set: 4x8 each
Inside curls
Outside curls

so.. I thought I was gonna be crushing my workouts throughout this pregnancy. how WRONG i was. Definitely much tougher than I thought. Back in the saddle TODAY! No more excuses. Today is the day. How many other pregnant mothers out there stuggling with this? When did you begin to feel like hitting the weights again?
