Well I am feeling super joyful and relaxed after being trained how to perform Thai Herbal Compress Massage today!! Herbs have been used for thousands of years medicinally and using these herbal compresses on the body are not exception! Infused with anti-inflammation and analgesic properties and bringing balance to mind, body, and spirit. I can’t wait to start offering these in my sessions #🙏

My path in Reiki began 12 years ago, which was the beginning of a Soul journey for me. Receiving it for myself in addition to learning more about how to balance and bring more harmony to all areas physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually helped me to evolve and bring peace in so many areas of my life. As I continued to venture inward to discover more of who the True Self of me really is and do deep processing to remove core belief systems, emotions, behaviors and patterns which were not serving me - and in raising my own awareness - aligned more with love - doorways of opportunity have opened. I continue to learn everyday, and hold so much gratitude 🙏 in holding space for others in my practice who are also evolving, learning, healing, and transforming. Thank you ❤️ 🙏
