Rental Property Management Company is looking to hire a full-time W2 Maintenance Technician to Travel to our rental properties all around the Charlotte area for repairs and maintenance.
-We provide a Work Van. You must be able to take Van home and park in a safe place
-Health Insurance after 90 days
-Full-time, Monday to Friday, typically no nights or weekends.

-Complete 4 work orders/per day
-Must be very efficient with repair time.

We handle marketing, leasing, tenant screening, rent collections, lease compliance, evictions, maintenance coordinations, bookkeeping, customer service, tenant communication and property inspections.
We are looking to fill the position of Assistant Property Manager who will work alongside and support the Property Manager and team in all of the above mentioned services that we provide. The position basically does everything a Property Manager would do but does not require a Realestate License.
