Well that didn't take long. New shop is up waiting on the electrician. Little gravel on little grass and we'll be back to work.

We always post the small custom jobs but here's some production work we've done. These are surface to air satellite dish reflectors for the government.

There's a nice set of 2023 Corvette rims. Nice full coverage with three coats of euro gloss clear.

Sorry for not posting lately. Here are some pics of a few projects that we've been working on.

The diffuser and the rest of the parts turned out perfect.

Wet sand, clear coat, repeat. I still have a few coats for this one, but when doing heavy flake there is a lot of wet sanding and reapplying layers of flake, candies and clears coats. The whole process I may wind up with at least 12 coats sprayed to get to the final finish. It takes many hours to get to that wet look without any raised lines. With airbrushing, Pinstriping, logos and shadowing it can add hours to your project. This is the reason why this type of custom work can take time to do and cost more than you think. Staying in standard base coats and metallic coats can really be cost-effective. A bagger type of motorcycle like the "Orange Candy Biohazard Bagger" is around $4,500. But a bike that is fully "Flaked-Out" with candy and airbrushing can push you closer to $10,000.
