Putting the finishing touches on a commissioned piece for a historian. The roller coaster is based on an actual ride built by Russians occupying Paris after the fall of Napoléon, circa 1815.

And so, 25 years after I left my advertising career to paint full-time, I’m headed back to a billboard! I’m honored to have been selected for Charlotte’s ArtPop Street Gallery 2023. I had a lot of fun meeting the other amazing artists and all the friendly and welcoming ArtPop people last night. Our artwork will be on billboards, train and bus stations, at the airport, and more, all over the city, all year. Looking forward to spending more time with this crew at events throughout the year! Thanks to Wendy Hickey for creating this program and to and for helping make it possible.
