Hearing the Liberty Liberty would have annoyed me! I had my child at home. It wasn't painful. It was a work out and incredible how our mind, bodies, movement, sound and breath work.

MEDITATION * is being still in silence to observe your thoughts, breath and physical body. Just sit and notice the thougths rise and fall, simply let them go. Take note of them and let them go.

observe your beautiful breath moving through you. then deepen the breath to hit every cell inside your body all the way down into the souls of your feet,

observe any sensations in yourbody or none at all.

Just observe. the more you practice, the more self awarness you develop to hear the wisdom within.

CBD * During Pregnancy.

🌿Cannabidiol (CBD) is a compound found in the cannabis plant that does not produce a "high" like tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). It interacts with the body's endocannabinoid system, which plays a role in regulating sleep, mood, pain, and other functions. Since it doesn't have psychoactive effects, many believe it's relatively safe.

🍃Estimates indicate that around 20% of pregnant individuals use CBD to manage anxiety, nausea, and pregnancy-related pain. While cannabidiol shows promise in reducing these symptoms, the safety of using the compound during pregnancy is unclear.

✍️However, research presented on June 24 at the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) Forum 2024 suggests that women may want to reconsider taking CBD during pregnancy due to its potential impacts on the unborn child.

🌿.....Then, after the mice gave birth, the scientists monitored the offspring and tested them for a wide range of behaviors.

👉The team found that mice exposed to CBD during pregnancy exhibited altered behavior and changes in the nerve cells in a brain region called the insular cortex (IC), which plays a role in processing emotions and signals from the sensory system.
"We found a number of behavioral changes among the mice exposed to CBD," said Ph.D. student and study co-author Ms Alba Caceres Rodriguez.

🍃"Scientific evidence has proven that CBD crosses the placenta, can reach the brain of rodents and human embryos, and is also present in breast milk," Caceres Rodriguez said. "Therefore, it's a public health priority to understand the impact of CBD on the developing nervous system as we don't yet know the consequences of CBD exposure to the brain during development."

WHEEL * Pose. A delicious back bend. Be mindful of your limits. Go slow. This is a basic demonstration.

After years of life adversities and dealing with all types of pain, my Wheel Pose has suffered. Although as I continue to practice, it's like riding a bike, my body is opening back up. Your body can too. It takes practice and trust.

Consult with me or your healthcare practitioner before your perform wheel pose if you have any concerns.

There is a beginner variation with Yoga blocks against the wall to assist you. I'll demonstrate that in another video.
