My good friend Mark Wilkinson is in crisis, and our under-resourced community is failing someone who needs our help. He needs a living situation that is sanitary (ie, not a shelter) and needs a stable address for various bureaucratic reasons while awaiting a transplant. Unfortunately the mechanisms that should help him are slow to respond and slow to provide.
