Join us for a Magical Hogwarts Express Adventure on September 1st between 7am-3pm where we are thrilled that Iron - Paffles and Coffee is hosting a special menu. Witches and Wizards can expect to indulge in delicious butterbeer paffles and lattes as they listen to magical music, alongside themed take-out bags, enchanting decor and house-colored straws. We will accommodate witches and wizards with dietary restrictions, so come join us for a spellbinding experience!

FIFTH heat wave of the year calls for an iced cold glass of dragon fruit and mint iced tea. We made this using tea so you know it’s good 🔥

Remember those bourbon peaches? We took those decedent juices and made a slow roasted peach glazed pork belly 🤤 available in gluten and dairy-free!

Holy Heirlooms Batman 🍅🤩

We just had a delivery of the most divine local heirlooms and naturally we had to made a paffle BLT, made with perfectly seasoned heirloom tomatoes, your choice of bacon or tempeh bacon, mayonnaise and arugula. Come get some before we run out!
