I don’t know about you guys but I love a good one of those sayings that make perfect sense so I just keep saying it 🤷🏾‍♀️. I love listing homes and what I love more is actually SELLING THEM! My focus is always to get my clients to their goal, that’s why so much effort goes into making sure a property is priced and presented properly. There are a number of reasons why a home would sit on the market for longer than average, when they do you have to “listen to the traffic, and if there is none, listen to that too.”
👉🏾People ARE buying homes, but they have the space and time to be more selective. The urgency of a low-rate market no longer exists but buyers still have an extreme desire to seek/secure the perfect home at the right price. If your goal is to sell your home but there’s low or no traffic, - how do you pivot to get it sold!? It takes a true collaborative effort and strategy between seller and agent to get to SOLD! Is it price (often is), is it marketing (😬), is it condition, or is it something out of your control like location… (which may be resolved with price), take time to understand why the traffic is low, slow, or non-existent and make adjustments!!
