Attended the architectural festival in Columbus Indiana last week. A great little city filled with incredible architecture by some of the world’s finest architects like Eliel and Eero Saarinen (St. Louis Gateway Arch, Dulles Airport, JFK TWA Terminal), I.M. Pei (Louvre Pyramid, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame), and Harry Weese (DC Metro, Time-Life skyscraper). Photographed some great post war architecture, learned some things and connected with other photographers!

I am excited to share some recent work that was published in Wall Street Journal Mansions. I have been a long time fan of architect Frank Lloyd Wright, so it was a dream to photograph this incredible property on a mountaintop in Asheville, North Carolina.

Loved having the talented .robbins photograph some of my favorite spaces of my renovation 🤍Suite 10 features this ahhhhmazing bed from that weighs exactly 14 million pounds which means smoothing the rug underneath was just not happening but hey we are vibing with progress over perfection here these days 😂 The antique painted dresser from was one of my favorite finds to help pull this room together. Wallpaper is preppy perfection by 💚

Posted • The Marie Reed Community Learning Center located in the heart of Washington D.C. was transformed from a ridged brick façade with few windows to an open and welcoming building featuring an inviting glass curtainwall.

Architectural firm Quinn Evans specified 1,150 square feet of GKD Omega 1510 to provide solar mitigation without obstructing the new, community-focused design. New Zealand has to be the most beautiful place on earth! I was in awe of the views no matter which direction I looked. Highly recommended adding the South Island to your travel bucket list! You won’t regret it.

Victoria State Library in Melbourne is the oldest library in Australia, established in 1854. The architecture in this city has so much character, with a perfect mix of historic and modern buildings.

The Sydney Opera House is a truly remarkable and iconic landmark. It took 14 years to build vs. an estimated 4 years, but wow is it gorgeous to look at any time of day.

2022 has been an incredible year of growth for my business. I've had the privilege of working with talented architects, designers and builders all across the country. There are countless people who have positively influenced me, and I am truly grateful for the connections made.

I hope you all had a great 2022, and that 2023 is even better! 🥂🥳

I will be taking a sabbatical for the month of January to restore, rejuvenate and find new inspiration from this amazing planet we live on. Stay tuned for highlights from my journey...

📸 I was hired to photograph the restaurant and store opening.

I had no idea what a cult following Torchy's had until opening day in 2021 🔥

🏔 I made my way up to the lake while it was still completely dark. Having no idea what was in front of me, it was a wonderful surprise as the red light filled the top of the peaks.

The brick red color of the Maroon Bells is created by the oxidation of iron in the ancient sedimentary rock that makes up the mountains.

Whatever the reason, pretty spectacular! 🤩

I had the opportunity to shoot for Home Magazine back when they had a Charlottesville edition. Working with Heather E.
