From the second my wife and I spoke with Greg, you could tell he really cared about his clients. Greg went above and beyond to ensure that we knew what every step of the home buying process entailed. When we had a question, Greg was there to answer quickly each and every time.

This was our first home buying experience and to say that “we had no idea what we were doing,” would be a massive understatement. At one point, we were panicking about a massive payment that was unforeseen and not within our budget. Before we even had a chance to panic, Greg was already texting us and making sure we knew not to worry and that the numbers would drop to what we were expecting—they did and were even better than we expected!

At no point did we feel like a number or paycheck for Greg and his team. At no point did we feel like we were belittled for our home buying inexperience or our plethora of questions. Greg was always there to explain and go to bat for us.

It cannot be overstated how amazing Greg was. He has become a friend to my wife and I and we will continue to use Summit Funding for each and every future loan.
