Meet Psi Chi member and recent graduate, Ben Rose 🎓

Ben majored in psychology and minored in communications at Elon University, where he graduated magna cm laude in May 2024.

Psychology always captivated Ben, provoking him to think about human behavior from alternate perspectives, but he never thought he would be here, ready to begin his next chapter in psychology.

Ben was inducted into Psi Chi this spring so while his involvement has been short, he highlights how he is “very grateful to be a part of a prestigious, supportive group like this.”

Ben’s post-grad plans begin this fall, where he will attend East Carolina University to pursue a Master's in industrial/organizational psychology. He is beyond excited to learn about the intersection of psychology and business!

Ben’s goal is to learn how to harness research to enhance organizations holistically, from a psychological lens. He wants to specialize in a niche field within I/O psychology, ideally as a research consultant or an executive coach, but regardless, be someone people can call to enhance their business (leadership, employee wellbeing, etc.).

Congratulations, Ben 🎉
