Just finished an amazing two days hosting the ETSBOA Lower Region Concert Performance Assessments at UTC. We hosted incredible bands and had almost 2000 students in our building over the two days. A huge THANK YOU to all of our students who worked incredibly hard for two days...to our building administrators, Steve Ray (Theatre) and Kenyon Wilson (Music) for allowing us to hold the event in our wonderful Fine Arts Center. Couldn't have done it without the support of our "band team"... Robert Truan and Ethan McDaniel. Our adjudicators were the best... Teresa J. Elliott, J Jeff Beckman, Blair Callaway, David Aydelott and Rich Stichler! A big shout out to the organizational "wizard" Jenny D'Andrea for making things go so well. Lots of steps, lots of chairs and stands...lots of stairs...but a great two days at UTC!
Ready to host ETSBOA Lower Region Concert Performance Assessments tomorrow and Wednesday! Welcome to UTC! Go Mocs!!

Come join us at UTC! Associate Director of Bands/Director of Athletic Bands, tenure track. .
Assistant Professor of Music/Director of Athletic Bands, Department of Music, College of Arts and Sciences Click the link provided to see the complete job description.
Out of extreme caution for the safety of students, faculty, and staff, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this weekend's UTC Tri-State Honor Band Festival. With many of the schools in our region having been seriously impacted by the recent winter weather, and conditions not predicted to improve until Friday or Saturday, we feel this decision is the best. We will search for a potential date for a re-schedule later in the spring and will make an announcement later this week if a weekend can be secured. If we are not able to re-schedule, all participation fees will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding, and Go Mocs.
Let’s watch again!
