Summer is right around the corner. Now is the time to start preparing for the demands of college sports and workouts. At TAP, we focus on sending our high school athletes to their colleges as one of the best athletes in the weight room. We want our athletes to stand out to their coaches and trainers in order to give them an advantage over other incoming freshman and make them into the best athlete they can be!

Our Chehalis facility holds a Sports Complex with cages to rent.

Here is how it works:

You can rent per cage or whole facility. You also have the option to use a pitching machine. We have 1 baseball and 1 softball machine. First come first serve.
Members can rent 60 minute sessions, or you can purchase a 10 pack of sessions.
Members will check in for their session at the front desk, and will enter the facility through the exterior door.
The prices is per cage, not per person. (4 ppl per cage.)

It's Meet Thorbeckes Staff Monday!

Today we would like to introduce you to Jacob.
Jacob is currently our lead receptionist in Chehalis. He started out at Thorbeckes four years ago as an intern before switching over to the reception side.
His favorite thing about working at Thorbeckes is building meaningful connections with our members each day!

Huge congratulations to Lia Hornby and the WF West Girls Wrestling Team. Lia placed 1st in her bracket and WF West finished 2nd as a team at the largest Girls Wrestling Tournament in the country this weekend. There were more than 800 wrestlers from 100+ teams traveling from 4 different states! Lia has trained hard all offseason to gain strength and explosiveness and we are so proud to see all her hard work pay off!

Soren is crushing it in college! So proud of him!

Today was TAP’s infamous 12 Days of Christmas workout. 🎄🎅🏻 We had an awesome turnout in all of the classes including a of couple repeaters! Congrats to everyone that worked their butts off today while listening to Christmas music.

Finally, details of what’s to come at our Grand Mound location! We will be opening our doors in early 2024 – mark your calendars!

🎄The Giving Tree is up and ready at Thorbeckes for anyone who would like to come and collect a tag for local children in need.

The Thorbeckes Wellness Center in Chehalis will host the second annual Drew North Su***de and Mental Health Awareness 5K on Saturday, Sept. 23.

Participants can check in beginning at 8 a.m. at Thorbeckes, located at 91 SW Chehalis Ave., with the 5K beginning at 9 a.m.
