*Personal Training Member Spotlight*

Meet Rena Webb. Rena has been a member since June and has been training with our personal trainer, Isaac. Rena reached out for guidance in building her strength back coming from being diagnosed with stage 3 non-small cell lung carcinoma in 2019 and has been in remission since 2022. Rena loves to go for walks whenever she gets the opportunity and has made significant improvements in her strength and energy levels since working with Isaac. In the overhead press, she has increased the weight by 20 pounds. The stability ball squat exercise, she has increased the weight by 25 pounds and the longest she can hold a plank is up to 2 minutes and 7 seconds. Rena continues to make improvements and isn't planning on giving up on her accomplishments anytime soon.

What a warrior! We are so proud of you Rena!!
