Job Position *Personal Trainer*

We are looking to hire a personal trainer who is passionate about their personal fitness and would like to lead others to succeed in their fitness journey while providing a industry leading client experience. A successful candidate can expect to lead small groups of clients ranging from 1-4 individuals through 60 minute workout sessions while providing accountability and support for program adherence and attendance. There is plenty of room for advancement for candidates who wish to pursue a career in this life changing industry!

Responsibilities:
Lead clients through 60 minute workout sessions.

Supervise client groups ranging from 1-4 individuals for safe & effective workouts.

Work with Owner/head trainer to design and implement custom client programs.

Share responsibility for client’s program adherence, scheduling, attendance, renewal, and referrals.

Keep training facilities clean and organized.
Provide a positive environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (or in process of graduation) in a Exercise Science related field.

Nationally accredited personal training certification (or in process of completion). (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)

Adult First Aid and CPR certified (or in process of completion).

Excellent verbal and various written communication skills

Personal experience in various types of exercise

Positive attitude and great people skills

Big shoutout to Alex Hummel as yesterday July 2nd marked his 100 pound milestone! Alex started his weight loss journey on February 3rd of this year with the goal of losing 100 ponds in 6 months, he did it in 5. Not even a pandemic could stop this determined young man. Keep up the great work as we head into round 2!
