Picture with all the pex was the previous "plumbers" work the "fast and cheap" route.
Picture with copper is the rework. Alot cleaner, sturdier, looks like some thought was put into it to make it look nice. You may not understand plumbing but I think most people can look and see what something is just throw together with little thought of effort. The lowest price isn't always the best option.

The Start of the mechanical room in my new construction house. Water heater will be set at fixtures and main lines all cleaned up and tied in after inspection. Pretty happy with how the water main looks though.

Few small jobs done this week, changed up a masterbath room, moved plumbing for washing machine on another.

Another underground is done! Can't wait to do the rough in stage. New construction is my favorite

Some days you do simple plumbing repairs other days you find yourself in a elevator pit pumping up thousands of gallons of water to replace a sump pump!

New gas lines, grease traps, basement roughs, bathroom rough ins, running equipment to dig and fill in holes to fix water lines.

Water heater having trouble maintaining tempature? Has it been a while since your water heater has had maintence work done? This anode rod has seen better days and it was time to replace it. Replacing the anode rod can help increase the life of your water heater and get rid of any rotten egg smell coming from your water. Replacing the anode rod along with flushing the water heater and cleaning out around the bottom is some of the maintenence needed to keep your water heater working for as long as possible

Some work on a remodel, a basement finish and a quick faucet swap at a local restaurant I've completed in the last month

Fixture set on a new build is complete, overflow on tub will be switched to black when they come in but this one is done

McCabe plumbing has drain machines for any size clog, main line or small lines we've got a way to clear it. We also have a 150' sewer camera with locate ability. All main line clears come with a camera scope to verify lines are cleared.

A little more progress made on this project, demoed the old piping. Its going to be replaced with pvc and be up to code, will also be replacing water lines with pex water piping, and a few other things will be done.

Basement rough in phase, not your standard bathroom, will have a double lav, a 60x34 shower and a free standing tub. A little extra work getting a tub drain but we made it work. Excited to see the finished product

Fixture completed on this job it is all done. Rough ins worked out nicely which meant no issues at fixture time! Always nice when things go as planned.

Water heater replacements, sprinkler vaccum breaker, new construction build, basement finishes some of the recent jobs that have been completed.

Knocked out this basement bathroom rough in today. Everything lined up and went smoothly. Another one roughed in and onto the next phase!

Before and after on a tub with a new valve, the before had water damage and was 3 layers of paneling just put over top of the other. The after is a mobile home style kit with actual water proof backing behind it. This was on a mobile home reason for the kit. This install is 100x better then the previous.

This tub was a pain, but got it in and hooked up got vanity set. Turned out well once the drywall is done this bathroom with look good and have fresh new life to it

2 long days but this underground is piped. Over 100+ feet of piping. Next step rough in plumbing it's gonna be. Fun one.
