This deeply soulful 108 minute session combines guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, Restorative Yoga infused with Inquiry Coaching and guided journaling.
Tiffany will guide you through these various healing modalities to encourage deeper connection to your mind, heart, body and soul. These trauma-informed sessions are enhanced with therapeutic aromatherapy and may also include mindful, consented touch. Each Soul Session is as unique as the individual that experiences it.

Hi
It’s been awhile.
I somewhat, not-so-accidentally, floated off of social media unannounced for the summer to soak in every no-makeup, barely-brushed-hair and almost (always) barefoot under the hot sun ray days.
I felt the need to be deeply present as my last little bird flew the nest and my first precious granddaughter made her debut on this earth, covered in angel kisses and soaked in starlight.
Let me tell ya, it’s been a wild and bittersweet passage.

But I’m back, settling into the what is and opening my heart to the teachings that are becoming restless.
As we gently drift into these cooler, darker days, I look forward to sharing and reconnecting.

Holding space and guiding others is something that I truly feel honored to do. 7 years ago I began laying the foundation for “Soul Sessions”. These classes can be described as a guide for navigating the complex paths of grief, self-exploration and transformation. Each class is meticulously created with conscious intention in every detail to bring you a unique, cathartic and (at times) a surprising experience.
But the most important aspect and what makes these experiences truly special is YOU and the energy you bring. Thank you for opening your hearts, showing up just as you are and stepping in with brave curiosity.
