I decided to try a new fruit combination and got some tart cherries 🍒 and apricots. At the last minute, I added a few cups of blueberries 🫐 because my pie shell didn’t feel full enough - things got kind of crazy in the kitchen at that point. I wanted to do a lattice crust, and, as always, ended up asking myself “WHY?!” about halfway through. There’s nothing like fiddling with tiny strips of pie dough in a hot kitchen, but it all turned out in the end!
