Chicago Chefs Cook Fundraiser for Hurricane Helene Relief

The net proceeds from this event will benefit World Central Kitchen, anorganization on the ground providing aid for those in need across Florida, and Operation BBQ Relief, which is distributing hot meals to those in Jasper in the wake of recent devastation.

Please join us at Chicago Q on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 5:00pm-8:00pm for an unforgettable night of BBQ and treats from chefs across Chicago. Enjoy small bites and an open bar, and help support a cause near and dear to our chef community. Space is limited, so we suggest you purchase tickets in advance. Donations are also welcome should you be unable to attend.

100% of donations are tax-deductible, and $50 of each pre-event ticket and $75 of each at-the-door ticket is tax-deductible.

Orange matcha canelé are on the menu! Floriole baker, Ella, has been working to get these just right for weeks. We think she hit it out of the park! She added matcha and orange essence to our signature canelé batter and dips the finished product in Opalys and matcha. Let us know what you think.

We’re excited to share our latest creation with you: the Orange Matcha Canelé! This delightful treat features a perfectly crispy exterior and a luxuriously custardy interior, made with a blend of matcha and a kiss of orange essence, all baked in traditional butter-coated fluted copper molds. The beloved PB&J Paris-Brest has returned just in time for concord grape season! Our take on this French classic features light choux pastry, expertly filled with a delightful almond hazelnut praliné, and topped with our house-made concord grape jam.
