Another Election Day is upon us this week. We encourage everyone who is eligible to take the time to research the issues, candidates, and yes… all of the judges on their ballot and vote before polls close on Tuesday, November 5.

This Truffle is the Week is an all-around sensory experience! The Malted Pumpkjn Cheesecake truffle simply looks gorgeous, with a silky white chocolate outside complimented by graham crumbs and a pop of green from a pepita. I can promise it smells just as divine with sweetness and fall spices. But the best part is the taste — the white chocolate ganache offers a decadent and soft mouthfeel with the combination of the creamy texture of ganache and malted powder. Add some pumpkin and cheesecake flavors on top of that and this truffle is absolutely heaven, from first sight to last bite.

Katherine Anne Confectionary marks 18 years of delicious treats Today is the perfect day to treat yourself! It's National Dessert Day and our friends at the award-winning Chicago-based Katherine Anne Confections are celebrating 18 years in business with some sweet treats.

October is great, because there’s really nothing quite like sitting around a fire pit during some chilly weather, drinking an ice cold fall beer, enjoying the company of family, friends, and neighbors, before it starts to get really cold. We looked far and wide to snag us some PumpKing Ale from so we could make our PumpKing Ale truffle. This truffle is incredibly smooth and delicious, just like the medium-bodied taste of PumpKing Ale. Semisweet and dark chocolates keeps the sweet and deep flavors balanced, and pecans give this truffle just that extra taste of fall. Available for a limited time at both shops!
