At CBG we have a few burgers on our menu. One of our favorites is the Classic Burger with Double Smash Beef Patties, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, and Special Sauce, Served up on a Sesame Seed Bun!

1. Tropical Tango Summer Ale: Bust out your dancing shoes—it’s time for a Tropical Tango! This Fruited Summer Ale dances all over your taste buds with vibrant flavors of guava and tangerine. Brewed as a hybrid between a Summer Ale and a hazy pale ale, it harmonizes juicy guava sweetness with the zesty brightness of ripe tangerines. Each sip whisks you away to a sun-soaked paradise—the perfect companion for warm, carefree summer days.

2. Goliath’s Bane Hazy IPA: Long have the heavy-hitting giant IPAs ruled, but a contender steps forth! Armed with Mosaic, Motueka, and Citra hops, this Hazy IPA delivers citrus, pineapple, and other tropical flavors that win over the palate. The Giants may be strong, but they’re no match for Goliath’s Bane.

3. Lake Shore Drive Light Lager: Whether you’re commuting, exploring the city, or cruising on a sunny day, Lake Shore Drive is a Chicago staple. This light lager, brewed with 6-row, Pilsner, and flaked Corn, brings out soft malt flavors while remaining smooth. Let it spark memories of warm drives along the lakeshore – take a ride with us on L*D!

This burger is so good we named it after ourselves. The CBG Burger is a Double Smash Blend of Beef and Ground Bacon, American Cheese, White Cheddar Cheese, Dijonnaise, Pickled Red Onion, and Caramelized Onion, Served on a Sesame Seed Bun.
