Join us in celebrating the achievements and contributions of Hispanic Americans, pioneers of change who have inspired others to succeed. Did you know that nearly 4 out of 10 youth we serve are Hispanic or Latino? We are committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive services that reflect the diverse backgrounds of those we serve, ensuring everyone feels understood and respected.
At YOS, we provide crucial counseling services to youth and their families, creating a space where mental health is prioritized and asking for help is encouraged. We introduced new and engaging ways to develop healthy habits at work and beyond. The staff enjoyed chair massages, yoga sessions, a financial literacy workshop, and a delicious lunch. The day was a great success, and all participants enjoyed it.

Featured on CBS News, teens in Chicago have turned an empty lot into a community space. The YOS Prevention team works with One Summer Chicago to hire about 100 young people every summer. Collaborating with NFP Territory, we've been focused on creating a community space in the Austin neighborhood, specializing in architecture, urban design, and community planning, supporting nine young adults in developing their skills. The third space, 557 N Central Avenue, aims to promote intergenerational understanding, eliminate stigma, and honor Austin's iconic Pink House.
