On Sundays we make MEATLOAF — filet trimmings, mushrooms and Cabernet glaze with Madeira sauce, mashed potatoes, and garlicky green beans, topped with micro greens and crispy shallots

This OCTOPUS is so flavorful! It’s served with crispy fingerling potatoes that are tossed in a lemon vinaigrette and sprinkled with urfa biber. The octopus is poached in olive oil, seared and topped with a bright salsa verde 🍋 🌱
