It’s college football Saturday and the ladies of Pi Phi are ready to cheer for the white and green!

Lots of love for the kiddos headed to the local universities here in Chicago, too!

The first few weeks of the empty nest each school year are hard for me. It’s a real adjustment! If you’re also missing your college kiddos - or headed to see them on parents weekend - bring them some sweet treats! I can customize to school or even major. Every month The Photo Managers Advisory Board gathers to steer the course of the organization. We discuss education initiatives, setting and maintaining industry standards, and building community. Today we have set aside the day to ponder the organization’s most existential questions.

More college send off cookies! These were for a friend who is moving in with a new roommate who has Celiac. She wanted to bring some gluten free apartment-warming treats that all could enjoy. What a thoughtful way to kick off the school year! 🐯

These gluten-free treats headed off to a rehearsal dinner in Michigan with wisteria decor last weekend. Wishing the bride and groom a lifetime of sweet happiness!

Housewarming cookies for my son’s apartment as I move him in this afternoon. I hope they pair well with the beer (and GF seltzers) that appear to be already stocked in their shared fridge 🫣!

My heart is full as I’m about to have both of my kiddos here at home. Together. For three whole days. It may be quiet on here as I’ll be busy enjoying whatever time I can get with them before diving headfirst into the chaos of their college drop offs. ❤️

This birthday girl knew *exactly* what colors and designs she wanted for her special celebration! Her perfectly pink order even included pink cookies thanks to my absolutely favorite strawberry lemonade cookie recipe.

I’ve known these two boys since T-ball, not sure how it’s possible they’re going off to college?!?! Congrats to them and all the class of 2024 kids embarking on new adventures! ⌛️

Very excited that my camp counselor son comes home in one week after a summer away! And very grateful for the camp dining staff who handle his Celiac Disease needs so well! When he first got diagnosed six years ago I thought that might mean the end of his beloved camp time but Heather, the Camp Dining Director, continues to be the gluten safety superstar that makes these summer experiences possible year after year. Sending love 💕 to all the school, camp, and restaurant staff who go the extra mile (and change those damn gloves again!) to keep my kid safe out in the big wide world 🌎 🙏

I haven’t posted in over a week as I’ve been enjoying some sunshine, rest and relaxation at the beach!🏖️ But today I’m back in the kitchen and prepping for my August orders which include a perfectly pink birthday, an advisory board meeting, and many many college send-offs! Finally got the chance to bake some cookies for my Alma mater! 🐝

I had the honor of making these cookies as part of a surprise reveal for a local Make-a-Wish recipient who’s heading on a trip to Hawaii for her wish. I was so excited to be a part of this special treat! 🌺

Made some cookies this week for a dog walker who’s very sad to see these good bois move out of state and wanted to give their humans a goodbye gift. I think the cookie pet portraits came out pretty close?!

I never got to go to summer camp as a kid and gotta say I’m jealous. Here’s to campfires, swimming in the lake, and making new friends.

Final graduation post after a super busy grad cookie season… Over the last couple of months, I baked and decorated more than 30 dozen cookies to celebrate young people heading off on their next big adventures! My final grad order was for a customer sending her TRIPLETS off to three different colleges this fall!! And I thought sending my own twins off to two schools was hard last year 😬

Instead of baking cookies this weekend, I was meal prepping for my Celiac son who just left for 10 weeks in Michigan as a summer camp counselor. While the dining head does an excellent job of accommodating his diet, stuff doesn’t always work out like it should so it’s always good to be prepared! (This is the Celiac motto, I think) 😎☀️🤗

When I started this custom cookie business, I would have never guessed that graduation season would be my busiest. With over 150 cookies baked for 18 grads (and still going), I absolutely love helping them celebrate this big milestone! Congrats to all those celebrating a graduation this season!
