Hello Everybody!

Welcome to my official business page, this is something I have been wanting to do for a very long time and has been requested by many people. I want to thank everybody for their messages and compliments regarding my creations and for asking me to bake for their events. I feel like it is important for you all to understand who I am and what baking means to me, so let’s get started! I am Emily Goldie from Chicago, Illinois and I am 20 years old. I started not only baking, but cooking all at the age of around 7 years old. I fell in love with the art of cooking and baking from watching my favorite channel on TV, Food Network. Some of my biggest inspirations in the culinary industry are Buddy Valastro, Guy Fieri, Giada De Laurentiis, Gordon Ramsey, Duff Goldman, and Alton Brown. As the years have gone by I self taught myself all of the skills I know and continue to explore new skills, ideas, styles, and of course recipes. I hope this business will grow into my dream of owning my own bakery and have people all over the world talking about Emily’s Cakes!
