Earlier this month, our residents organized a clothing drive across our entire pharmacy department 🥳 they were successful and over 10 bags of clothes and household items were donated. The donations benefited the initiative. Brown Elephant supports the mission of Howard Brown Health by raising money for the clinic through the resale of donated items.

The Howard Brown Health Center provides LGBTQ+ healthcare and funds care for the uninsured and under-insured in the Chicagoland area.

Last week our residents got to visit for a site visit! We enjoyed getting to learn about the University of Iowa’s pharmacy residency program and exploring Iowa City! 🚐🎳💊

New this year ... because of changes to the PhORCAS recommendation form, we are using an optional reference form to allow specific characteristic-related comments. The form can be found on our website.

If letter writers feel the PhORCAS form provides a good picture of the candidate's abilities and qualifications, then they do not need to submit our additional form. We ask that free-form letters of recommendation not be submitted.
