From a bad dream last night…this comes out of my mind today. When the enemy wants you to take you away from your purpose your mind will go into negative places that will keep you in doubt about yourself and what you can do. Remember when you get attacked… it’s a sign that you are actually on to something amazing an great! Don’t forget to thank those moments for showing you that your on the right path.😇
So so good! Use everyday in my classes to help give me ample energy and stay hydrated!

The Vagus Nerve
The latin translation for this is the wandering nerve. It is the longest nerve in the human body, and plays an essential role in survival, social engagement, sensing safety and generating joy.
80 - 90% of the Vagus nerve is actually conveying information from the body to the brain. Vagal Nerve stimulation can make a significant difference for us and we can support this wonderful nerve by humming, singing, and activating other muscles in the larynx and pharynx, even intentionally.
If you are still here, I’m so thankful your nervous system kept you alive. I’m so glad you’re here. And I know, you deserve a sense of ease. You deserve to feel alive and you deserve to feel human. //

I end each class with my hands at my heart asking those to congratulate themselves on something they feel proud of during the class. I felt this image. It reminded me of how I close each of my classes, and how we can always find something to feel good about each day.

Hi it’s me- Ellyse.
Out of the many hats I wear during my day, I realize that all parts of me are not advancing if I’m not working on them. Just like how I train my muscles and practice to make better, I also need to do this on the projects and ideas that are in my life.
Out of my hats I have my personal life, my career, current clients, and my future endeavors all staring me in the face saying- let’s do this E!
The more I sit and scroll, finding endless hours to scroll... the more I feel lost within the web. I’m sure we have all been there. One hour here two hours there.... but for me because a lot of my work is online, it’s almost all day. I’m taking back my time and my future by saying this- 1x on social media a week and for what matters for all these hats until I reach some lofty goals that I have set for myself.
The creation of my website, my 30 day health program, a complete archive of over 100 workout videos, 200 hr yoga cert, and a personal fitness goal. 💪
Do you have enough courage to get after it before summer hits? I do! And you can too!
I’m challenging you to do the same. God gave us this unique time to find ourselves, our gifts, hobbies, and space to heal. I’m taking that offer right now. Carpe Diem! Chow for now.... but not for long 😘
